Pigtown Main Street Welcomes New Board Members


Pigtown Main Street welcomes the addition of Ryan Dietrich, Esq. and Antonio Williams to its Board of Directors.  Ryan is a 16-year Pigtown resident who currently serves as Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Appeals Division of the Maryland Attorney General’s Office.  Ryan received his JD from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2004 and has been active in the Pigtown community, as a founding member of the Pigtown Community Garden and as Treasurer of the Washington Village/Pigtown Neighborhood Planning Council from 2005-2009.

Antonio Williams is Associate Vice President for Public Safety and Chief of Police at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.  Antonio supervises 160 employees, including 50 sworn officers and 80 security guards.  Antonio served for nearly 20 years in the Baltimore Police Department, rising to Chief of the Detective Division, and has also served as Chief of the Baltimore City School Police and Chief of Police at UMBC.  Antonio earned his Master’s of Science in Management from the Johns Hopkins University in 1999.
