Join us at Culinary Architecture for a Vegetarian Indian Pop-up with guest Chef Ranjan Ravaliya and musical performer Jacob Panic on Saturday, June 11, from 7-10 p.m., at 767 Washington Boulevard.
RANJAN RAVALIYA: A scientist, mother of two, and cooking aficionado, Ranjan loves spending time in the kitchen, tweaking generations-old recipes, developing new ones, and sharing with others the art of cookery. She has been teaching Indian cooking at Minuteman Vocational School’s Continuing Education.
Indian meals are normally cooked fresh 2-3 times a day due to the hot temperatures and lack of proper storage. The evening at Culinary Architecture will feature a classic vegetarian meal that will include a drink, appetizer, entrée and dessert. Bring your taste buds and enjoy. Tickets now available.
